I gave the tailor a pic. After many fittings and dissatisfaction the jacket turned out perfect. He was very willing to listen to any complaints, make changes and also accept advice.The service was wonderful. Everybody ( from salespersons especially Essie to the tailor )made me feel special and important and that my needs will be satisfied no matter how many changes I make. I would readily recommend this business to anyone who wants to have a custom item made.

I managed to get ball point pen "scribbles" all over a panel on the front of my tan leather jacket!Neither a specialist dry cleaner, nor leather merchant was able to help!This team were so determined to find a solution... and they did! The tailor removed the damaged piece and swopped it with a piece from the inside of the jacket. Not an easy task, but beautifully done. They quite literally saved my jacket! Will definitely recommend them for quality repair work!
Went into the physical store having never purchased a leather jacket before but always having wanted one.The sales team went through over 20 jackets of all styles and colour's to narrow it down and then suggested alterations to make it perfect.The tailor spent time to collect the exact leather he'd be using so I could feel it, measured it out on cardboard to show my the exact size and shape and now I'm awaiting collection of my ideal jacket and I couldn't be more excited.Their professionalism without any pressuring sales tactics, simply allowing their expertise and products to speak for itself made for a pleasant experience.Also got an amazing belt.10/10
