- Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, being sure to leave room for comfort. Keep the measuring tape horizontal around the body.
- Shoulder to Shoulder: Measure from the edge of shoulder to shoulder.
- Upper Arm/Bicep: Wrap the tape measure tightly around your upper arm i.e. widest part of upper arm just underneath your underarm.
- Sleeve Length: Measure the distance from the prominent bone at the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, over the slightly bent elbow to the center of the wrist bone.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Bust: Measure the chest circumference under the arms at the fullest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal around the body.
- Waist: Measure the waist circumference at the smallest part of the waist (your natural waist), keeping the measuring tape horizontal around the body.
- Waistline: It is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.
- Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure the hip circumference at the fullest part of the hips, keeping the measuring tape horizontal around the body.
- Length: (Measure from Back Side) Measure down the back from the base of the collar to the length required.
- Inseam: This is the distance from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle. Measure from your crotch point to your ankle bone.
- Out-seam: Start from the top of the waistband on a pair of trousers, down to where you wish the bottom of the trousers to end.
