We requested custom measurements as I wasn’t sure of the size. However, I provided my measurements, and their experts handled them very carefully. They sent the jacket as per my customer’s request for specified measurements. Fortunately, it fit me like a glove. So, I will order another one for my friend and send his measurements. My overall experience was terrific, along with custom measurements.
