This bag arrived quickly, sooner than expected. It has a beautiful leather smell, so I know it’s real leather. The leather is not butter soft, and not saddle ready; so it’s a perfect medium between a lovely soft leather that is durable. I’m hard on bags. Very pleased with this product. I bought the cognac color as I want leather to look like leather. The color is as expected. Strap can be long or short, for an easy cross-body carry or as a shoulder strap-carry.
